What does the Shopify integration do?

Most questions a Shopify store receives are about a product or about an order. The Puhera Shopify integration connects your chatbot to Shopify so it can answer both from your store's own data.

The connection runs over MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open protocol that gives AI applications a standard way to connect to external tools and data sources. During a conversation the bot reaches your store data and performs only the actions you allow.
